In the event that an item is unavailable, ACOS will contact you shortly by phone or by email. ACOS cannot promise that the content of the site is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors at all times. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up to date. ACOS may, at any time, amend the content of the site. Although ACOS strives to display the correct texts, images and pricing on the site and webshop, errors may occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount in the webshop, ACOS will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or cancelling your order. ACOS, however, reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch should we find that the price is incorrect. In such case we will notify you by email. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be automatically cancelled. Part of the services mediated through the site are maintained by outside organizations. Delivery and shipping costs

We ship worldwide, from our warehouse in Sweden. See all shipping times and costs below. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation on business days (not including public holidays).

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with your tracking number and a link for tracking your order.

Please note, we are unable to cancel an order once it has left our warehouse.

Shipping to Sweden

DHL Service Point – 2-3 days, free. Your order will be delivered to your nearest DHL Service Point within 1-2 days.

Shipping to Europe

Alternative address of delivery

In order to get delivery to another address, it makes a lot easier for us if you indicate it at the check out. Klarnas terms (only when paid with Klarna Invoice or Account) require us to deliver the order to an address on which you are registered.

Delivery to minors

Without permission from legal guardian, we do not deliver to persons under the age of 18.

Pricing

We reserve the right to change the prices of the items sold in the Online Shop at any time and without any notice. Change in price will of course not apply for items already purchased by you. We reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch should we find that the price is incorrect. In such a case we will notify you by e-mail to the e-mail address that you have provided to us at the time of your placing of the order. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be automatically cancelled. If you have been charged the wrong amount in the Online Shop, we will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order. All prices shown in the Online Shop include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT), but exclude delivery charges.

Payment

Our payment provider is Paypal or Klarna Checkout, accepting Visa and Mastercard. We also accept payments by invoice and installments in cooperation with Klarna. To view Klarnas payment terms please click here.

Customers outside the EU: Please note, taxes/duties are not included in the price, and may be payable upon receipt. You may, however, be able to recover these by contacting your local customs.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us and we will issue a refund or cancel your invoice.

Exchanges

We don’t administer exchanges at this time. If you want to change your item for a different size or color, please return the purchased item and place a new order.

Return Policy

According to the Distance and Home Sales Contracts Act (2005: 59), you as a customer have a right of withdrawal for 14 days after receipt of the goods. In case of dispute, we promise to comply with the recommendations of the Swedish Complaints Board. Goods returned must be unused and in original packaging. Within 14 days of receipt of the goods, we will refund the product value. Please use the return form that you received together with the package.

If you have lost your return form, please send the package together with name, order number and reason for the return using the return codes provided on the return form.. For return or cancellation, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping. We do not accept exchanges, please return your product and place a new order. Faulty product

All items are quality controlled and checked before they are shipped. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately at customerservice@weareacos.com. Please note that any claim requires that you have not used the item inappropriately. You will receive compensation for the cost of fixing an item, a new item, a discount or a full refund for the item including shipping costs.
